This part of Wales, situated on the coast between the Gower and Cardiff, is rich walking country. Its fertile rolling lowland countryside adjoins the romantic Heritage Coast, with towering cliffs and remote beaches. The Vale, as it’s known locally, is a maze of footpaths, country lanes, little villages, fine dining and country inns.
During the Vale of Glamorgan Walking Festival, you can enjoy a spectacular variety of walks for all levels, travelling in good company and guided by experienced walk leaders.
There is no need to book. Just turn up at the meeting place at the stated time.
All walks are free of charge.
